About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to support the efforts of a team dedicated to making the world safer and more sustainable? DNV – Energy Services is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Okemos, MI team. At DNV, we strive to make a difference every single day. We’re committed and passionate about sustainability and are expanding our team.

Our Okemos office helps Michigan’s businesses understand their energy use and utilize more clean energy. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for working directly with utility and program team to analyze and track program initiative progress. In addition, you will support our program team to provide process documents for program transition. The role will support the engineering, outreach, finance and program leadership with the daily program operations.

This position is based in our Okemos, MI office.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct detailed data analysis using existing CRM and other database tools
  • Interpret data and analyze results and provide ongoing reports
  • Create standardized procedures to deliver consistent progress for special initiatives
  • Work with leadership to prioritize client requests
  • Coordinate with program managers to gather needed information to fulfill client needs
  • Create and revise process documents as for program transition
  • Manage special projects as needed

About you

What is Required

  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • Project Management Professional certification is preferred
  • 3+ years of Energy efficiency experience required
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications are also required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical groups, attention to details, superior organization skills, and successful experience developing and implementing functional processes are necessary
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
