We are currently seeking an ambitious, pro-active person to join our DNV Business Assurance Regional Communication team as Marketing Communication specialist - France. Reports hierarchically to the Regional Marketing Communication Manager.

As the Marketing Communication Specialist for France, you'll be at the forefront of our regional narrative, designing and executing marketing and communication strategies that resonate across digital and physical channels. Your mission is to enhance brand positioning, drive lead generation, and synchronize efforts with global and regional marketing strategies.

What you will be responsible for?

  1. Crafting Comprehensive Strategies:
    • Initiate, develop, and execute robust marketing and communication strategies encompassing both internal and external engagement.
    • Leverage a blend of digital and physical channels with a sharp focus on lead generation and performance metrics throughout the entire marketing mix.
  2. Strategic Alignment:
    • Ensure seamless alignment with regional strategies and plans.
    • Foster close collaboration with local Sales, Business Development, Operations, and key stakeholders.
    • Proactively engage in market-specific segments through dedicated marketing and communication activities.
  3. Lead Generation Mastery:
    • Drive impactful lead generation through a variety of channels, including events, webinars, co-branded activities, content marketing, digital and social campaigns, and PR initiatives.
    • Maintain alignment with the corporate identity and overarching strategy roadmap to ensure consistency and synergy in external communications plans.
  4. Financial Stewardship:
    • Exercise fiscal responsibility by managing the local Communication budget.
    • Ensure alignment with the regional Communication manager’s guidance and base budget decisions on the effective execution of communication plans.

About you

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Degree in marcomm, communications or another relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent French and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of techniques and methods of web, digital and social media marketing
  • Skills in the main Go To Market channels management (i.e. events, email marketing, digital, web & social, external comm/PR)
  • Knowledge of operative marketing tools (CRM, CMS, Content Marketing, Gotowebinar)
  • Content production and atomization (breaking down one broader piece of content into smaller, focused content pieces) based on the channels
  • Knowledge of the certification market will be considered a plus
