O que você fará:

Prospecção e Geração de Leads: Identificar clientes potenciais e gerar leads através de vários canais, como eventos de networking, indicações, ligações a frio e marketing digital. Desenvolver oportunidades dentro das Contas Estratégicas e Alvo identificadas.

Análise das Necessidades do Cliente: Compreender as necessidades, desafios e objetivos específicos de potenciais clientes relacionados aos serviços de treinamento.

Apresentação de Soluções: Apresentar os benefícios, características e propostas de valor dos serviços de treinamento oferecidos pela empresa aos potenciais clientes.

Desenvolvimento de Propostas: Preparar e personalizar propostas que atendam aos requisitos exclusivos de cada cliente, incluindo preços, prazos e entregáveis.

Negociação e Fechamento de Negócios: Negociar termos, condições e preços com os clientes para alcançar acordos mutuamente benéficos e fechar vendas.

Construção de Relacionamento: Cultivar relacionamentos sólidos com os clientes, oferecendo suporte contínuo, resolvendo preocupações e garantindo a satisfação do cliente.

Pesquisa e Análise de Mercado: Manter-se atualizado sobre as tendências da indústria, atividades da concorrência e demandas do mercado para identificar novas oportunidades e estratégias de crescimento empresarial.

Colaboração com a Equipe Interna: Coordenar com a equipe interna para garantir a entrega tranquila dos serviços de treinamento e atender às expectativas dos clientes.

Monitoramento de Desempenho: Acompanhar as métricas de desempenho de vendas, analisar resultados e tomar decisões baseadas em dados para otimizar as estratégias de vendas e atingir as metas de vendas.

Aprendizado e Desenvolvimento Contínuo: Manter-se informado sobre os padrões da indústria, mudanças regulatórias e avanços nos serviços de treinamento para aprimorar a expertise e a eficácia nas ações de vendas.

Execução de Funções Administrativas Chave.

Trabalho próximo com as partes interessadas internas ao responder a uma solicitação de proposta (RFP), informando-as sobre as condições de mercado, questões de preços e a concorrência atual no programa.

Promoção Institucional: Promover ativamente a imagem, a capacidade e a integridade da DNV no mercado.


What You’ll Do

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as networking events, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing. Develop opportunities within identified Strategic and Target Accounts.

Client Needs Analysis: Understand the specific needs, challenges, and goals of potential clients related to training services.

Solution Presentation: Present the benefits, features, and value propositions of Training services offered by the company to potential clients.

Proposal Development: Prepare and customize proposals that address the unique requirements of each client, including pricing, timelines, and deliverables.

Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and close sales.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and strategies for business growth.

Collaboration with Internal Team: Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth delivery of training services and meet client expectations.

Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

Continuous Learning and Development: Stay informed about industry standards, regulatory changes, and advancements in training services to enhance expertise and effectiveness in sales efforts.

Performs key administrative functions.

Works closely with internal stakeholders when responding to a request for proposal (RFP) to inform them of market conditions, pricing issues and the current competition on the program.

Promotion: Actively promotes the image, capability and integrity of DNV to the marketplace.

Competências Necessárias:

Conhecimento de 2+ anos em áreas de vendas em empresas que oferecem serviços B2B

Experiência em prospecção e trabalho com grandes entidades globais

Habilidades demonstráveis de atendimento ao cliente e apresentações

Capacidade de negociar e gerenciar acordos contratuais

Proficiência no Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access

Habilidades Preferenciais (Não Obrigatórias):

Sucesso comprovado em vendas de Serviços de Treinamento (ISO)

Conhecimento e/ou experiência com normas ISO, cadeia de suprimentos e/ou treinamento

Conhecimento/experiência com sistemas CRM, preferencialmente baseado em Oracle

Fortes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal em espanhol


What is Required:

  • 2+ years’ knowlegde with sales areas in companies that offer B2B services
  • Experience prospecting and working with Large, Global Entities
  • Demonstrable client service and presentation skills
  • Ability to negotiate and manage contractual arrangements
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Preferred demonstrated sales success in Training Services ( ISO)
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with ISO standards, supply chain and/or training
  • Knowledge / experience with CRM system, ideally Oracle based
  • Strong written and verbal Spanish communication skills
