About the role

Drive sales and manage key accounts for Management System Certification and related training services based on ISO standards. You’ll own a sales budget, grow business with new and existing clients, renegotiate contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships. The role also includes building a solid pipeline, supporting customers through their certification journey, and, depending on your profile, leading sales and marketing initiatives in a key industry sector—developing plans, coordinating with marketing, hosting webinars and events, and serving as the team’s expert on relevant ISO standards.

Core tasks include:

  • Customer care, sales and customer communication
  • Plan and execute sales activities
  • Follow up on incoming leads from marketing campaigns, website etc.
  • Build pipeline and close sales within different customer segments
  • Renewal and updates of contracts up-selling of additional services
  • Keeping our CRM system up-to-date
  • Responsible for personal target as well as team target
  • Act as Key Account manager for a selection of our large customers

About you

The ideal candidate will combine a commercial mindset with a customer-focused approach and understand complex business environments. You will have experience in sales, customer service, business development, or technical sales, with strong drive, attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture. You’ll excel at building relationships, winning new customers, and developing existing ones. The role requires a structured approach, clear communication of complex topics, and effective handling of detailed processes. Fast learning and proficiency with multiple tools and systems are essential.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience with B2B sales and customer service
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of, and/or knowledge about, ISO standards, Management Systems for Quality, Environment, HSE/Safety, Information Security, Food Safety, Sustainable Seafood/Fish Farming, and the industries where this is relevant, would be preferable.
  • Mastering the Norwegian language fluently, both in speaking and writing, is an absolute must when working with Norwegian customers. Your primary work place will be Høvik outside Oslo.
