About the role

DNV Business Assurance Benelux is looking for a strategic and hands-on Sector Leader Training to manage the planning, execution, and long-term sustainability of our training portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team of training officers, working closely with the sales team and subject matter experts, and ensure that our training offers meet market needs and internal quality standards

Our Training team operates across two locations in the Netherlands - Barendrecht and Woerden - so some domestic travel between offices is expected to stay connected and aligned.

This is a multifaceted role that combines leadership, operational focus, and commercial insight. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how we deliver training, improve performance, and support our customers.

What You Will Do :

Leadership and team development - Lead and coach the Training Operations Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Empower team members to grow, set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback. Ensure team engagement aligns with company. goals.

Training portfolio management - Oversee the development, execution, and sustainability of the training portfolio. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and effective training materials. Ensure all training meets internal quality standards and market needs.

Customer engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Drive customer satisfaction and manage feedback and claims effectively. Represent DNV’s values and reputation in all interactions.

Stakeholder collaboration - Coordinate with internal departments and external training partners. Align with leadership and the Sector Leader Sales to ensure strategic and operational coherence. Support marketing initiatives to drive training revenue.

Training Sales strategy - Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan and define a clear Sales Plan. Conduct market analysis and customer segmentation. Identify new opportunities and partnerships to strengthen DNV’s market position.

Training Sales execution - Drive commercial success through effective pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Improve market penetration and oversee the quality of the sales process. Contribute to pricing strategy and ensure alignment with country policies.
