About the role

Are you a people-focused leader with a strong consulting mindset and a passion for cyber security? We are looking for a Group Leader to lead our OT Cyber Security Advisory and Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) team in Norway.

This is an opportunity to lead a highly skilled team working with some of Norway’s and DNV’s most important clients in critical infrastructure. You will help shape our services, develop our people, and support clients in strengthening cyber resilience in increasingly complex operational environments.

Your impact: Build a strong team, create sustainable business performance, and deliver trusted cyber security support where it matters most.

In this role, you will lead consultants who provide OT Cyber Security advisory and DFIR services to clients across critical infrastructure sectors. The team supports clients in managing cyber security in operational technology environments, including in capital projects, supplier ecosystems, and business-critical operations. Services include:

  • - Cyber security governance, policies, and procedures,

  • - Maturity, cyber risk, due diligence, and vendor assessments,

  • - Incident response, crisis support, and digital forensics services.

The role includes both leadership responsibilities and contribution to client delivery with the ratio depending on business needs, project portfolio, and the candidates' competence profile.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the team’s business performance, utilization, delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and the professional growth and well-being of your team members. This includes:

  • Lead, support, and develop a team of highly skilled cyber security consultants,

  • Ensure high-quality delivery of OT Cyber Security Advisory and DFIR services,

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop consultants to strengthen team capability,

  • Support sales and pre-sales activities to secure relevant assignments,

  • Monitor utilization, workload, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction,

  • Contribute to selected client projects, depending on business needs and competence.

What we offer

You will join a highly competent and collaborative cyber security environment, with the opportunity to influence the development of our OT Cyber Security Advisory and DFIR services in Norway.

You will be part of DNV Cyber Norway’s Leadership team and report to the Head of Delivery.
