What makes me feel like I have a voice at DNV is really the culture whereby nothing is yes or no. Whenever I work on a project, I think the first thing the boss will ask me is, what do you think? He actually allows me to actually voice out my opinions. It's more like it's a discussion and every opinion is being valued.
