Thanos - Senior Surveyor

My name is Ti. I'm working like a TSM and Senior Surveyor and as a coordinator and, uh, auditor with classification in UK. I'm proud with the directional you have with the people and, uh, feel that we're actually helping them and do something for them. This is the role for us to assist them to be safe at sea. The majority of the clients, they are actually hearing what we are saying to them because they think and they believe that DNV is giving them a value to their assets and to their organization. My role as surveyor is usually acting alone, but in many cases, when you are going on a big ships or in big passenger ships that you have a team or three or four guys with you, you have to communicate with them and with the crew as well. DNV has given us the, the flexibility to grow, the flexibility to travel because our work is to travel as well. Also, you can grow internally by saving positions or, uh, grow up from graduate scheme up to manager positions. With DNV's continuous, uh, training process, you have a lot of flexibilities and possibilities to learn new things. All it depends to personality. If she, if she wants to do or she wants to do it, and then it's always a possibility to do. In our office, all of us, we are like a family. We really care for each other and we really have time outside of the office as well. The thing that I love more in my work is the flexibility to do the thing that actually gimme happiness and love.And, uh, going around the ships is one thing that I enjoy a lot.
