Before coming to DNV I have worked in other companies, and DNV culture was something which I was really amazed with. I saw the way they take care of their employees, they really care for the work-life balance, the mental health of the employees, and also understand the employees. I have seen here the opportunity of not only going and freely speaking to the managers, but even to the management. And this is something I have been seeing now for years.
