DNV’s hybrid working model
So DNV gives a good balance. We have hybrid working and what we basically do is we plan to come on common days, so that we can calibrate, and we can discuss on topics that we cannot discuss normally on a Teams call. This is when I try my best to use the coffee machine to have some conversation and also to socialize with colleagues when I’m in the office so that I can learn more from their experiences as well. Because DNV is into a lot of businesses, a lot of services. How can we learn more, how can we work as one organization is always very important for me.
