From day one at DNV, I faced the unique challenge of setting up a new team and taking over the operations during a global pandemic. Working remotely with a diverse and dedicated team, we successfully managed to provide a setup where we support over 8,000 employees across 50+ countries in payroll, compensation, and benefits. It was a testament to our adaptability and commitment.
