I feel that the people is the one that is actually keeping me in DNV. There are a lot of experienced people, but I've never once actually felt that I have a big gap between these people because people are interacting and connecting with one another. We get regular surveys where we can voice our opinions as well as thoughts that we have. And this will be evaluated by the management where they will address these comments as well as concerns that we have.
