The supportive culture and care for employees
I feel DNV is my family. The reason behind that one, because at every level, I'm getting support from my management, I'm getting support from my colleagues and the same culture I have given to my team as well. So, we do understand everybody has personal problems, and we do support in their personal issues so that they will feel that, okay, they want to stay with this company for a long time. Work is one thing that we definitely do, because that's our business. But at the same time, we do value the personal issues and the personal opinions as well. So that's where people are thinking, even myself, I'm thinking to stay here for long because I'm getting valued here, because my voice is getting heard, because it's my family.
