If you are open, if you want to learn, if you are open to change and try new things and if you just raise hand, you can do a lot here and you can develop. Here in DNV we have great culture. It's very open, it's diverse and it's very careful for the employees' needs. During my 20 years in this company, I got different opportunities to try myself on different positions. I think the most exciting part was supporting implementing new finance tool and new operation tool, and it brings me to my new positions. In DNV, we take care of the employees, especially for the well-being and mental health. We have a lot of different programs like Energy for Better Life and we also organize common activities, sport activities after work where we can join. We have volleyball, football, but what I like the most and I joined it's the DNV choir. Being in the choir gives me an opportunity to do what is my hobby or also my hobby when I was a child because then I think a lot and I was very happy that I could join that.
