My name's Arran Prothero, and I'm a naval architect at DNV. My work is focused on offshore structures. I work, uh, as a consultant. So, um, I can basically solve the client's problems as they come about to ensure that what they want to do in the real world, uh, is feasible and works. I'm probably most proud of, um, the way that I, uh, have learned to work with others in my team. It's a main focus of DNV that we work together as, as a group. We, we have a really good mix, positive mix of people in DNV, uh, and in my team as well. We do a lot of team building exercises. We'll do a lot of department evenings out or, you know, uh, drinks and stuff. So there's a lot of focus on, on the job training at DNV 70 20 10 model that we have here. So basically 70% of the learning that you do will be on the job, um, project based working, uh, with senior engineers who know, uh, the technical areas that you're working in, but can train you on the job. Uh, 20% is, uh, self-learning and then the 10 is actually delivered learning. So the training that you get an external or an internal provider to do a classroom session, do a workshop with you, I would think overall DNV's. A very positive, uh, company, uh, to work for and to, to work with.
