I believe that my work has a meaning. I can support others, I can serve them by helping them solving their problems. But I'm personally a people-oriented and talkative person, so the possibility to lead the customer support centre seems to be a perfect fit for my preferences. And I do also believe that by the service we are delivering, we really support our planet to be a greener one. The culture in DNV, I believe that we really put in practice the values we have. So we care, we share, we dare, and that's also something very important for me.  If you dare to try, you can not only upskill, you can not only change the role or learn new skills, but one day you can change your whole life and start working from a different place. And I believe that's the beauty of being in this organization, that you can really try yourself and no doors are closed. DNV supports my mental health by all the possibilities to work in a hybrid model, to have a vocation. There has been the Energy for Better Life programme that you can attend and learn how to better rest, how to use your free time in a way that will support you. I believe it's kind of a unique place where whenever you are and whatever you do, whether you're in GSS HR or you're in Maritime, you're surrounded by people who really support you on a daily basis. And foremost, I think you're able to establish long-time relationships also in your private life with people you've been working here.
