Building up the team and expertise in Pune
We started hiring for the new Digital Development team in Pune since last July.
As of today we have 17 members working with our team in Pune as a Software Developer.
And as of now they are part of the core team of CMC working on different CMC releases.
Digital Development team is spread out in multiple locations. We have our teams in Høvik (Norway), the main teams are in Høvik, and in Poland in Gdynia, whereas our QA team sits in Shanghai.
The idea is to have a kind of combined team. We don't execute products especially only from Pune (India) or only from Høvik. So, it's like one team, several sites, that kind of concept we are trying to create.
And so far, we have been pretty successful because we have been able to deliver couple of releases with the help of the new team members. And the releases have gone into production and have been successful.
