One of the key strengths of DNV as a company is I think the overall environment and the overall culture of this company.
It is so friendly and there are no, I would say ego issues which we faced with people.
Everyone is helpful and forthcoming in telling us things when we ask, or even proactively people have been helping out people.
That is one aspect, plus I would say work-life balance.
Work-life balance has been another key thing which I have noticed with this company.
We take utmost care of people, about people leaves, their personal issues also which is something which to me, I would say, it's great because I have not seen with many earlier organizations which I have worked with.
