I verify greenhouse gas data for my clients. I make sure that they are aligned in their CO2 accounting. I feel like DNV’s values are aligned with what I set out to do after university, which is I really wanted to do something good for the planet. I don't sit on my desk all day. I sometimes get to travel to where the company is located and see the facilities and how they work. I have a tendency to speak up my mind when I disagree with something. And I feel like my team is very open to listening to my input. I really think the team and the people working here have my back. I can just send a message or call one of the people that I know in DNV, and then they're happy to help me. A long time ago, I asked my manager to be able to do more technical projects. I got the opportunity to start small. One year or so later, I'm managing the type of projects that I used to just shadow. I really enjoy the whole feeling of being here. There's a lot of activities. Work-life balance is great. You can walk around, be around nature when you need a quick break. The summer party is really fun. We try to do a little festival just for DNV where we have food and drinks and music and you get to dance and have fun.
