The most exciting part is when we have to do the explosion tests, as they are the ones that kind of get you going through the day. You get quite satisfied and a rewarding feeling when you catch products that aren't produced as they should, or if there have been any mistakes made by the manufacturer to make sure that these products don't get put into the real world where they could actually cause any harm. And with that, it's important that we continue the quality work that we do. We do now to make sure to keep the same reputation that we have had for such a long time. Starting at DNV, there's a lot of people that could help you. The culture in the office is fantastic. There's no seniors locked in on offices. It's an open landscape, so it's very easy to go and ask questions if you need anything. Life here is quite good. It's a lot of social activities that's offered outside of work. The thing parts like the tennis club or the kayak club. We have the fjord right outside. You can go for a swim in the mornings as we have the morning dip group that goes every Wednesday. We have mentoring dinners where you get to meet some of the more experienced people to kind of give you an insight to how to improve your career. We have a language cafe which is for people that want to learn a new language or maybe someone that moved to Norway and would like to improve on their Norwegian. I was asked to be a Norwegian translator. We have a lot of people moving from the UK or Brazil or Germany, which are trying to learn Norwegian. And so we sit down, have a coffee and try to speak Norwegian and then I help them when they get stuck on a few words. I really take pride in achieving the level that we have to, follow the rigorous standards that is required by the industry. DNVs, like no other, have to make sure that everything is done to the procedure.
