Brian joined DNV in 2013 as an HR Administrator and moved through roles in Recruitment, Business Assurance, and Benefits before becoming an HR Advisor in 2022. Each role brought new challenges and learning opportunities. We’ve seen how Brian embraces change as a driver of growth and development.
Biggest achievement and proudest moments
Brian takes pride in initiatives that bring people together and reflect our values. He’s played a key role in organizing wellness activities, including yoga sessions at the office, and has been a strong advocate for resilience and mental health. These efforts have helped foster a more connected and supportive workplace.
What motivates him most is the trust and recognition he’s received in leading these initiatives. Seeing his ideas gain traction and become part of everyday life has been deeply rewarding. His work continues to make a meaningful impact on our employee experience.
