About the role

Senior CX & Marketing Technology Lead

Shape the future of customer intelligence at scale!

Veracity is building a data-driven, customer-centric, and AI-enabled platform across multiple product lines.

We are now looking for an experienced candidate to take on the role as Customer Experience (CX) & Marketing Technology Lead in Veracity. You will own and evolve how customer data, insights, and technology come together across the Platform, taking responsibility for both operational stability and strategic progression, ensuring that we can build the customer experiences and marketing capabilities of the future .

This is a cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of customer experience, marketing, data, and technology.

The role sits at the Høvik office and reports to the Head of Marketing & Communications in Veracity. You will work closely with Veracity product teams, analytics, marketing and CX, and collaborate across DNV.

Areas of responsibility:

1. Own and evolve the Martech & CX platform ecosystem

Take Veracity ownership of core CX/MarCom platforms; ensuring stable operations, reliable tracking, and scalable campaign/lead infrastructure and act as super user and governance owner across tools

2. Build the data foundation for customer intelligence

Define and govern customer and user data flows across the data platform and its’ connected products, ensuring instrumentation of user behaviour and journey tracking - in close cooperation with the Veracity Platform Analytics and product teams.

3. Establish Veracity’s Voice of the Customer engine

Build an always-on VoC system combining: NPS, CSAT, and survey data, qualitative research and insight repositories (Dovetail) as well as behavioral and operational signals; connecting insights to action across teams and ensuring that feedback loops drive real product and experience improvements.

4. Drive AI-readiness in CX and marketing

Drive the transition to AI-enabled ways of working; rethinking how data, workflows, and systems are structured, unlocking automated insights, real-time signal detection, and adaptive, personalised customer journeys.

5. Maintain critical operations (hands-on ownership)

You will also ensure continuity in key operational areas, including:

  • Campaign setup, segmentation, and lead handling
  • Data quality, tracking, and reporting across systems
  • GDPR compliance and preference management
  • Dashboarding and reporting
  • Survey setup, reporting, and follow-up flows

6. Represent Veracity in DNV-wide marketing and digital forums

You operate comfortably across business, data, and technology—and know how to connect them.

Experience:

  • Senior profile (Lead / Senior Specialist level)
  • Proven experience in MarTech / CX tech / customer analytics environments
  • Have successfully worked across multiple products or platforms
  • Strong understanding of data flows, tracking, and system integration
  • Experience with VoC programmes and customer insight ecosystems is a strong advantage

Capabilities:

  • You take ownership and drive progress
  • You can translate business questions into data signals and technical requirements
  • You understand how data should be structured for analytics and AI
  • You are comfortable navigating cross-functional and cross-organisational complexity
  • You balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Tools (you don’t need all, but you recognise the ecosystem): Eloqua, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Qualtrics, Dovetail, Cursor, v0, Replit, Claude, ChatGPT, Power BI, Hotjar, Dealfront, ahrefs, CRM integrations (Salesforce), automation tools
