About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, pro-active person to join our DNV Business Assurance Regional Communication team as Digital Marcom Specialist – Norway.

As a Digital Marcom Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, executing, and analyzing the performance of local digital marcom campaigns and digital activities to support digital lead generation and brand positioning. This role will be in alignment with global and regional marcom strategies and plans, and you will report hierarchically to the Regional Marketing Communications Manager.

Key responsabilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategies aligned with overall business goals at a local level.
  • Identify target audiences and create tailored digital campaigns to engage and convert them.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms including websites, social media and email marketing.
  • Manage the local content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

· Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive growth.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and manage social media interactions.

· SEO and SEM:

  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings according to regional and global projects.
  • Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of SEO and SEM efforts.

Email Marketing:

  • Drive lead generation by setting up, implementing, and analyzing local digital GTM campaigns, leveraging main channels such as email marketing campaigns, digital events, and co-branded activities and webinars.
  • Localize global and regional campaigns and programs.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using different tools according to plans and metrics/KPIs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness (data-driven approach).

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and key local stakeholders to proactively develop targeted digital marcom activities for specific market segments.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute digital campaigns.
  • Manage the local communication budget and reporting for digital marcom campaign activities, in alignment with the regional Marketing Communications Manager.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, plus a master’s degree in digital marketing or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for web, digital, and social media marketing methods and techniques.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and an eye for design
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, Content Management Systems, and email marketing software
  • Ability to create and adapt content for different channels.
  • Understanding of the certification market is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
