Emek Oezerturgut is a Senior Lead Auditor, based in Cologne, Germany. Joining DNV in August 2023, Emek brought over eight years of experience in the testing, inspection and certification (TIC) industry. Today, he acts as the Senior Lead Auditor for our food and beverage sector, focusing on ensuring the highest quality standards are met across diverse client environments.

Emek's passion for auditing stems from the variety and challenges the role offers. "I love my job as an auditor because it's so different every week. I’m always working with new clients, facing unique challenges, and interacting with a wide range of professionals." His experience allows him to bridge the gap between the office and manufacturing sites, making his role dynamic and deeply engaging.
